TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DARCARS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF MARLOW HEIGHTS (5060 AUTH WAY, CAMP SPRINGS, MD 20746, (301) 423-5111) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT IT WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY ONE WEEK BEFORE THE DEALER WOULD BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,100.
