AS THE PASSENGER WINDSHIELD WIPER SWEEPS ACROSS THE GLASS IT HESITATES BRIEFLY DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF & IN THE LINE OF THE DRIVERS VISION . RESULTING IN A SERIOUS VISION OBSTRUCTION. DUMPING ALL OF THE WATER NOW AND SNOW IN WINTER RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF THE DRIVER ! AT NIGHT IN THE DARK THE SITUATION BECOMES A PROBLEM !
