TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD EXPLORER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO DISENGAGE ON THEIR OWN. THE CONTACT HAD TO REMOVE THE WINDSHIELD WIPER FUSE BOX IN ORDER TO DISENGAGE THE WIPERS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.
