Consumer Description

RECALL FOR EMISSIONS NOT PERFORMED CORRECTLY. ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON ALL THE TIME. WARNING FLASHES ON DASH : "ENGINE WILL NOT RESTART IN 200 MI SERVICE DEF SEE DEALER." STARTED AT 5000 MILES AND HAS PLAGUED THE TRUCK EVERY SINCE THEN. RAM WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX AND REIMBURSE UNDER RECENT RECALL AND EXTENDED WARRANTY SETTLEMENT. I HAVE DOCUMENTED, WRITTEN, CALLED, EMAILED, AND FAXED TO THE RAM MANUFACTURER. I GET NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. RECALL DONE ON 7/11/19 AND ON 10/08/19 I STILL DON'T HAVE IT FIXED. FILE TO THICK TO UP LOAD.
