Consumer Description
VEHICLE ATTEMPTS TO DO OVER THE AIR SOFTWARE UPDATE OF UCONNECT SYSTEM WHILE DRIVING. UPDATE DOES NOT INSTALL AND SHUTS SYSTEM DOWN CAUSING LOSS OF NAVIGATION, BACK UP CAMERA, AND EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE CALLING. CREATES A DANGEROUS SITUATION WHEN TOWING A LARGE HORSE TRAILER WITH LIVE ANIMALS ON BOARD, AND RELYING ON NAVIGATION AND OTHER SYSTEMS FOR ASSISTANCE.
