TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 JEEP PATRIOT. WHILE INSTALLING THE DORMAN LOADED STEERING KNUCKLE (PART NUMBERS: 698411 AND 698410) (NA), THE PARTS CRACKED DURING INSTALLATION WHEN BEING PROPERLY APPLIED WITH A TORQUE WRENCH. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. SELLER ROCK AUTO WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED.
