Consumer Description
2019 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. UNCONTROLLED STEERING WHEEL. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE STEERING WHEEL JUMPS TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT. THE FAILURE CAUSED THE CONSUMER TO CRASH INTO A LARGE ROCK DAMAGING THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. *JS
