Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 GMC TERRAIN. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH IN A RAIN STORM, THE FRONT WINDSHIELD WIPERS SUDDENLY BECAME INOPERABLE. THE FAILURE CAUSED A VISIBILITY HAZARD TO THE DRIVER. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,885.
