MY 2016 EXPLORER JUST REACHED 85,000 MILES WHEN I STARTED TO HEAR A POPPING SOUND FROM THE FRONT END OF MY VEHICLE, WHILE I WAS PARKING, THE NEXT DAY AS I WAS TURNING ONTO A CITY STREET THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED FOR A SECOND FOLLOWED BY A LOUD POP. I TOOK THE CAR TO SANDERSON FORD DEALERSHIP AND THEY ADVISED ME, MY RACK AND PINION NEEDS REPLACED. ($2,500) REPAIR COST
