TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING AND DECELERATING, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY SHUT OFF AND WOULD NOT IMMEDIATELY RESTART. AFTER FOUR ATTEMPTS, THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AND RESUMED NORMAL OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND VPROVIDED CASE NUMBER: [XXX].
