Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHEVROLET TRAX. WHILE DRIVING MORE THAN 45 MPH, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE VIBRATED VIOLENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JOHN MILES CHEVROLET BUICK GMC (950 DOGWOOD DR SE, CONYERS, GA 30012, (678) 561-3754) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE WAS OVERHEATING AND THE ENGINE COOLANT VALVE EXTENSION, OXYGEN SENSOR, AND PASSENGER SIDE LOWER CONTROL ARM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,999.
