Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD TRANSIT CONNECT. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO PRODUCE ADEQUATE LIGHTING PAST SIXTY FEET. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO IRISH HILLS FORD (10405 BROOKLYN RD, BROOKLYN, MI 49230, (517) 592-2112) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING AS DESIGNED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
