TL* THE CONTACT'S DAUGHTER OWNS A 2012 JEEP LIBERTY. WHEN THE CONTACT'S DAUGHTER PARKED THE VEHICLE IN THE GARAGE, AN OIL LEAK WAS NOTICED UNDER THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WAS UNAWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO VICTORY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 5827 ROME-TABERG RD, ROME, NY 13440, 315-337-0512) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION PAN AND OIL PAN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
