Consumer Description
VEHICLE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ONE WHILE DRIVING, HAD LOSS OF POWER AND ENGINE BEGAN TO SHAKE AND HAD A LOUD KNOCKING NOISE. PULLED OVER TO SIDE OF ROAD AND HAD TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TOWED TO KIA DEALER. UPON EVALUATION I WAS NOTIFIED THAT A NEW ENGINE WAS REQUIRED. VEHICLE ONLY HAS 63,964 MILES AND AS A SECOND OWNER, IT IS NOT A WARRANTED ITEM. ENGINE REPLACEMENT ESTIMATE IS $6390.00 PLUS TAX.
