TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL BLACKED OUT AND SOMETIMES THE INDICATORS WOULD FLASH. THE CONTACT CALLED KIMBERLY CAR CITY AT 563-391-8300 (LOCATED AT 625 W KIMBERLY RD, DAVENPORT, IA 52806) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CALLED, BUT NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 69,000. *BF*JB
