DRIVER'S SIDE, FRONT TIRE (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT NEXEN ROADIAN) SEPARATED WHILE DRIVING STRAIGHT ON A HIGHWAY AT 55 MPH. SEPARATION CAUSED EXTREME VIBRATION AND INSTABILITY. CAUSED TRUCK TO BECOME UNDRIVABLE.
