Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V021000 (STEERING) BY SOUTH POINTE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (LOCATED AT 9240 S MEMORIAL DR, TULSA, OK 74133, (918) 584-1481). AFTER THE REPAIR, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL WAS NOT ALIGNED AND THE VEHICLE HESITATED. WITHIN A WEEK, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER, BUT THE FAILURES COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. AFTER MULTIPLE VISITS, THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE WITH NEEDING AN ALIGNMENT AND THAT THE STEERING WHEEL NEEDED TO BE RE-WELDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT LEFT A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE WITH THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,000.
