TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA CR-V. WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT, THE CONTACT RELEASED THE BRAKE PEDAL AND THE VEHICLE SPONTANEOUSLY ACCELERATED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED DICK HANNAH HONDA (3321 NE AUTO MALL DR, VANCOUVER, WA 98662, (360) 342-9563), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,000.
