TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE STOPPED WITH THE BRAKES DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED AND CRASHED INTO A STEEL POST. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL MECHANIC FOR BODY REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000. *TR
