Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE DID NOT RESPOND WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED AFTER A SOFTWARE UPDATE WAS PERFORMED BY AUBURN CHRYSLER DODGE (1901 GRASS VALLEY HWY, AUBURN, CA 95603). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
