TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN JUKE. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, AN ABNORMAL NOISE WAS DETECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE HIGHER THE RPM, THE LOUDER AND FASTER THE NOISE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE TIMING CHAIN CAUSED THE NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS CURRENTLY WAITING TO BE TOWED TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,000.
