WHEN THE CAR IS STOPPED AND TURNED OFF, THE KEY GETS STUCK IN THE IGNITION AND CAN'T BE REMOVED. SUBARU HAS ISSUED A TSB (TSB 16-112-18R) BUT NOT A RECALL.
