Consumer Description

2019 RAM WITH 13,000 MILES. AFTER MY FIRST ENGINE OIL CHANGE AT 10,000 MILES CONDUCTED BY THE RAM DEALERSHIP. DURING NORMAL DRIVING CONDITIONS IN THE STREET AND IN THE HIGHWAY WHILE IN MOTION I FEEL THE TRANSMISSION SLIPPING, LIKE IT TAKES A COUPLE OF SECONDS TO FULLY ENGAGE. THE TRUCK IS NEW AND IS HAPPENING DAILY. I FEEL THAT THIS IS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT THAT NEEDS TO BE REMEDIED IMMEDIATELY.
