TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH WITH THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS ACTIVATED, THE WIPER SPEED WAS VERY LOW AT ALL SETTINGS. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT COULD NOT SEE THE ROAD WHEN DRIVING IN THE RAIN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
