2015 KIA SOUL WITH 2.0 NU MOTOR. GOT A CALL BACK FROM DEALERSHIP AND 1 1/4 QUART IS NORMAL CONSUMPTION ACCORDING TO KIA. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND THE REPLY WAS THE TYPICAL FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN. THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO TALK TOO ME. IT'S THE TYPICAL RUNAROUND AND I FEEL THEY ARE WAITING FOR NHTSA TO GIVE FINDINGS OF INVESTIGATION BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING. FAST FORWARD. MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED A 2019 KIA OPTIMA EX. ONLY WITH THE HELP OF THIS WEBSITE FINE OUT THERE IS NOW AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE AIRBAGS WHICH WAS INTIMIDATED BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD LET THE OWNER KNOW OF THE INVESTIGATION AND LET THE CONSUMER DECIDE AFTER THAT. AT THIS POINT I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM KIA. THEY HAVE DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND WARRANTY. THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED IN LATE JULY OR FIRST PART OF AUGUST.
