Consumer Description

MY CAR WAS STRUCK IN AN ACCIDENT IN WHICH THE AIR BAGS DID NOT COME OUT, NOT A SINGLE ONE. MY CAR WAS STATIONARY AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT ON A CITY STREET WHEN ANOTHER CAR AT FULL SPEED STRUCK FROM BEHIND. FROM THE IMPACT THE SEAT WAS TWISTED AND ONCE AGAIN NO AIRBAGS CAME OUT. ADDITIONALLY, THE SEAT BELT GOT STUCK AND ONCE I UNBUCKLED MY SEAT BELT IT DID NOT RETURN TO ITS PLACE LIKE IT NORMALLY DOES. WITHIN THIS COMPLAINT, I WILL ATTACH PICTURES FROM THE CRASH AND IT SHOWS HOW THE AIRBAGS DID NOT COME OUT.
