TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO JIM CLICK JEEP (701 W AUTO MALL DR, TUCSON, AZ 85705, (866) 933-1114) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED A WIRELESS CONTROL MODULE IGNITION REPLACEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 171,000.
