TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO KEARNY MESA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (8010 BALBOA AVE, SAN DIEGO, CA 92111, (858) 560-7100) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CYLINDER HEAD WAS DAMAGED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 86,000.
