TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. AFTER REFUELING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AND UNKNOWN WARNING INDICATORS REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO OLATHE DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 15500 W 117TH ST, OLATHE, KS 66062, (913) 780-3700) TO BE DIAGNOSED, WHICH WAS STILL PENDING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,508. PIIR = Y.
