TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 KIA SOUL. AFTER THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN PARKED FOR AN HOUR, THE CONTACT NOTICED A LARGE OIL LEAK UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE AND IT WAS INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TOWED TO AN UNKNOWN KIA DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,078.
