TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PARK THE VEHICLE, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT PREVIOUSLY TOOK THE VEHICLE TO GLENDALE DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP (LOCATED AT 900 S BRAND BLVD, GLENDALE, CA 91204, (818) 839-2457), BUT IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT DISABLED THE STEERING WHEEL AND CHANGED THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING PUMP ON HIS OWN. THE FAILURE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
