Consumer Description
DUE TO A TRANSMISSION DESIGN FLAW, THE CAR WILL SHUDDER WHEN THE GEARS SHIFT FROM LOW TO HIGH. THE CAR WAS DIAGNOSED AT TUTTLE-CLICK FORD IN IRVINE, CA. AND FRITTS FORD IN RIVERSIDE, CA. ON 9/20/14, 12/26/2014, 2/15/16, 3/10/16, 5/28/16, AND 6/23/16. THE TRANSMISSION OF THE CAR CONTINUES TO SHUDDER DURING MOTION ON CITY STREETS AND HIGHWAYS. I HAVE A COPY OF EACH INVOICE FOR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.
