Consumer Description

THE ENTIRE DASHBOARD OF MY INFINITI G37, WITH ONLY 25K MILES, HAS STARTED SPLITTING APART FROM EVERY INCH OF THE DASH, THE DRIVER'S SIDE TO THE PASSENGER'S SIDE AND MANY OF THE AREAS ARE NEVER EXPOSED TO THE SUN. EVERY DAY NEW RIPS HAVE APPEARED AND MY FEAR IS THAT THE AIRBAG WILL BREAK THROUGH AND DEPLOY WITHOUT CAUSE WHICH COULD HAVE A CATASTROPHIC OUTCOME. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE SINCE THIS ISSUE HAS PROGRESSED SO RAPIDLY. AFTER CALLS TO INFINITI TO REPORT THE ISSUE, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST IN CORRECTING THIS MAJOR FAILURE. THE ONLY SOLUTION THEY HAVE PROVIDED IS TO SELL US A NEW CAR.
