Consumer Description

THIS VEHICLE IS VERY DANGEROUS TO OPERATE ON WARMER DAYS. THE TRANSMISSION SEEMS TO OVERHEAT VERY EASILY CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO GO INTO A FAIL-SAFE "LIMP MODE". THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AS IT OCCURS ON THE HIGHWAY, ON HILLS, MOUNTAIN ROADS, AND WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR. IT HAS PLACED ME IN DANGEROUS SAFETY SITUATIONS AND THE DEALERSHIP AND MANUFACTURER ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSUE EXISTS BUT TAKE NO FURTHER ACTION IN CORRECTING THE DANGEROUS FLAW.
