TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC TERRAIN. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO OPERATE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CALLED JOE LUNGHAMER CHEVROLET (475 SUMMIT DR, WATERFORD TWP, MI 48328, (248) 683-7100) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE WIPER MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 82,000. *BF *TR
