Consumer Description

WHEN ATTEMPTING TO START CAR, IT CLICKS BUT WILL NOT START. I HAD ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE BOOT BATTERY AND GOT THE CAR TO START, I TOOK THE CAR TO AUTO ZONE TO TEST BATTERY THEY SAID BATTERY IS GOOD. WHEN I ATTEMPT TO TURN OFF THE CAR AND PUT THE CAR IN PARK I CAN REMOVE THE KEYS FROM IGNITION AND OPEN THE DOOR BUT THE CAR NEVER ACTUALLY POWERS COMPLETELY OFF, THE DASH BOARD LIGHTS ARE STILL ON AND MY CAR CHARGER IS STILL WORKING . AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OF STARTING MY CAR AND SHIFTING TO PARK IT FINALLY DOES POWER ALL THE WAY OFF.
