TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET MALIBU. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FAILED TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY AND FROSTED THE WINDSHIELD WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE ALSO OCCURRED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED UP TO BE DRIVEN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,378.
