TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 KIA SOUL. WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND WOULD NOT ACCELERATE PAST 20 MPH. CARMAX (3147 TOM WATSON DR, TUPELO, MS 38804, (662) 844-1017) INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT SHE COULD NOT TRADE THE VEHICLE IN WITH THE FAILURES AND THEY COULD NOT ASSIST. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT OIL WAS COMING OUT OF THE EXHAUST PIPE AND THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V120000 (ENGINE, ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE CONTACT CURRENTLY HAD THE VEHICLE PARKED AT HER HOUSE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
