Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IDLING, THE ENGINE MISFIRED. AS A RESULT, THE RPMS DECREASED AND THE VEHICLE VIBRATED AND SHUDDERED. ON SOME OCCASIONS, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF COMPLETELY. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
