Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE SEIZED AND ALL THE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT VEERED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD AND ATTEMPTED TO RESTART THE VEHICLE, BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE CONTACT WAITED THREE HOURS FOR THE VEHICLE TO RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE C4 CONNECTOR AND THE TRANSMISSION WIRING HARNESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE RECURRED. TURLOCK CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (1600 AUTO MALL DR, TURLOCK, CA 95380, (209) 250-5800) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CALL NHTSA TO FILE A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 108,990. *TR*JB
