Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 TESLA MODEL S. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, A LOUD HUMMING AND KNOCKING NOISE OCCURRED AND THE VEHICLE VIBRATED. THE ORIGIN OF THE NOISE WAS UNKNOWN AND THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TESLA (LOCATED AT 9428 REISTERSTOWN RD, OWINGS MILLS, MD 21117, (410) 415-1411) WHERE IT WAS TEST DRIVEN. THE TECHNICIAN HEARD THE NOISE, BUT COULD NOT DETERMINE FROM WHERE IT WAS COMING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,232.
