VEHICLE IS HAVING ISSUES STARTING WHILE PARKED. I HAVE SEEN THAT 2012 - 2013 DODGE DURANGO'S DO HAVE A ACTIVE RECALL FROM CHRYLSER ON CERTAIN MODELS FOR THE TIPM. THE ISSUES STEMS FROM THE CARS INABILITY TO START DUE TO THE TIPM NOT PROVIDING FUEL WHEN ATTEMPTING TO START. THE STARTER IS ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE BUT IT DOES NOT FULLY TURN OVER.
