VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION ON A HIGHWAY IN VERY HEAVY TRAFFIC WHEN BRAKES WERE EMPLOYED AND VEHICLE DID NOT STOP BUT GRINDER FORWARD, HITTING THE CAR IN FRONT.
