MY VEHICLES PASSENGER SIDE REAR TIRE HAS DEVELOPED A KNOT/BULGE THE SIZE OR A HAND PALM. THE BULGE APPEARS UNDER THE TREAD AND AROUND TO THE SIDEWALK. THE TIRE HAS 18 MONTHS LEFT ON A 36 MONTH PRORATED WARRANTY 16000 MILES SINCE INSTALLED IN 2017. M+S 215/60R17 0225835 35T20 DOT U9KT FYD 9717 SRT TOURING I WILL HAVE TO PAY A $70.00 PRORATE AMOUNT TO GET THE TIRE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE IS A 2006 FORD 500 WITH 176000 MILES.
