TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 GMC TERRAIN. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH IN THE RAIN, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO FUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MCGOVERN BUICK GMC (LOCATED AT 2806, 150 TURNPIKE RD, WESTBOROUGH, MA 01581, (508) 439-4362) WHERE THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR WAS REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 95301890184. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,848.
