TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HYUNDAI TUCSON. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V063000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER FAILED TO PROVIDE THE PART EVER SINCE THE RECALL WAS ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 28, 2019. BALISE HYUNDAI (413-306-3041, LOCATED AT 683 E COLUMBUS AVE, SPRINGFIELD, MA 01105) WAS CONTACTED AND A LOANER VEHICLE OPTION WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED TO DETERMINE WHEN THE PART WOULD BE PROVIDED TO THE DEALER. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.*BF CONSUMER STATED COULD HAVE A FIRE AT ANY TIME WHILE DRIVING.*JB
