TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD MUSTANG. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE DOWNSHIFTED INTO FIRST GEAR AND DECELERATED TO APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH WITHOUT WARNING. FOWLER FORD (LOCATED AT 3400 S SHERIDAN RD, TULSA, OK 74145, (918) 346-6500) WAS CONTACTED AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED TO HAVE THE VEHICLE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V248000 (POWER TRAIN). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 101,000.
