TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED IN PARK AND TURNED OFF, AN ALARM SOUNDED THAT ALERTED THE CONTACT TO PLACE THE VEHICLE IN PARK. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 123,000.
