TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE DOWNSHIFTED ON ITS OWN. IN ADDITION, THE WHEELS SEIZED AND CAUSED THE CONTACT TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V075000 (POWER TRAIN). THE CONTACT STATED THAT GRAPEVINE FORD (LOCATED AT 801 E, TX-114, GRAPEVINE, TX 76051, (817) 756-6642) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE REPAIR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,950. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
