TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 CHEVROLET TRAX. THE CONTACT PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM TC CHEVROLET (LOCATED AT 2045 ROGUE VALLEY HWY 99 N, ASHLAND, OR 97520, (541) 201-8698), BUT WAS NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT BECAUSE THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V312000 (SUSPENSION). THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS: 9-1599538349-9-524657225. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
